I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these windchimes for the price...they were much larger than I had expected as well, which was a good thing! The sound they produce is lovely. I have purchased other brands in the past as gifts that were far more expensive, but will definitely be gifting these from now on. VERY PLEASED with my purchase!
I am very disappointed with the craftsmanship. The top of the chime is cracked and warped after only 6 months. I bought it in April of this year and noticed by September that it is coming apart.. Seems to me that the wood needed a better finish or sealer. Too bad, I really enjoyed the sound that this chime made. I would not buy this chime again based on this experience.
I love these wind chimes as they are very beautiful and sound wonderful. I enjoyed the new addition to my yard until I noticed that the wood was splitting (I presume from the rain). I was disappointed to see this as I've only had it a couple of months. Nonetheless, very pretty.
This is a great wind chime at a great price! The sound from the chime is relaxing and one of the best sounds I have heard from a wind chime. It was a gift to my wife who could never find the sound she was looking for. UpBlend was very customer service orientated, checking to see if the order met my expectations and I was surprised to see the email telling me how to care for the wind chime....very impressive.
So satisfied with this purchase. This wind chime is so pleasant to hear chiming in the wind. Better than I could have hoped for. On these breezy days this chime is so relaxing to hear. I can��t believe such an affordable wind chime is so satisfying to hear blowing in the breeze.
