It creates beautiful, soft & low tones, perfect when relaxing on the porch. it does require a decent breeze, but that is preferred over something that rings constantly to the point of annoyance. It appears to be well made, but time will tell. We have bought so many over the years, and after a season or so, the strings disintegrate. Wish there way a trick to help them hold up longer, after all, they are made to hang outside in sun and rain.
